How do I cancel my subscription?

For iOS: Go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → StoryMind → Cancel Subscription

For Android: Open Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → StoryMind → Cancel

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Open the StoryMind app
  2. Go to Profile → Settings → Account
  3. Select "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm deletion

Alternatively, email us at support@storymindapp.com with your request. All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Is StoryMind safe for children?

Yes! StoryMind is designed specifically for children and includes:

  • COPPA-compliant privacy protection
  • AI-powered content moderation
  • No third-party advertising
  • No social features or chat
  • Parental controls and oversight
What ages is StoryMind appropriate for?

StoryMind is designed for children ages 6-12. The app adapts to your child's:

  • Reading level

Our AI tutor provides age-appropriate feedback and challenges.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Your subscription is linked to your App Store or Google Play account:

  1. Install StoryMind on your new device
  2. Sign in with the same Apple ID or Google account
  3. Your premium features will automatically restore

Can multiple children use one account?

Currently, each account is designed for one child to ensure:

How does the AI Story Tutor work?

Our AI Story Tutor uses advanced language models to:

  • Provide writing prompts and suggestions

What happens to my child's stories?

Your child's stories are:
